You have the right to return a product especially if it is defective or the wrong code, or even if you change your mind. You can either receive a refund or a different product, you decide.

In order to avail you of this right you must return the products to us within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition and without the packaging having been opened, without the special markings/sticker having been removed/damaged, together with the relevant proof of purchase.
If a product was defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. You are advised to take photos of the product.
Return policy based on product type:
Please be aware that snacks and food supplements that have been opened cannot be returned unless they were defective.
Dry food bags can be refunded even if they have been opened. Please read the following guidelines.
Dry food that 1/5 has been consumed, can recieve a full refund or a different product of choice.
Dry food that has been consumed more than 1/5 but less than 3/5 can recieve a 50% refund.
You can recieve a refund only if you return the remaining product.
You will be refunded within 21 days of returning the products to our company.
We kindly request that you do not throw away any food and return it to us.
If you wish to cancel an order, you have the right to do so until one day before the date of delivery. Please contact us immediately if you wish to do so.
